The Measurement and Control System Design of Boiler Energy Efficiency Based on S7-300

Abstract： This paper introduces that it takes the Siemens S7-314DP PLC as the control core, which realized the fixed sensor data acquisition and control of each part of the system, using ET200 through the PROFIBUS achieved field mobile data acquisition and control. As result ,the temperature can be controlled in ± 1℃, the pressure can be controlled in the 5% range, the liquid level control in the 4.6% range, the positive and negative balance efficiency error controlled in 4%.
