Abstract：The modem society is science and technology as the basis, the development change rapidly changing society, in the science and technology continuously for mankind to create material wealth, in the social upheaval change human life style at the same time, a variety of factors also increased human threaten to our survival. Can say, risk has become in today's society can not be neglected in an objective existence. In order to cope with the crisis situation, academic discussion of risk has been put on the agenda. To avoid risks, we must first resolve risk. For risk research, this article from the sociology and economics two perspectives on risk theory.
