The Study on the Likes and Dislikes Situation of Microorganism in the Refrigerator
Abstract：The refrigerator is not a ＂safe＂,a refrigerator can only be used to temporarily save food and raw materials.If time is a bit long,it may incur the growth of eosinophilic cold bacteria and lead to food decaying and food spoilage.Research in freezer microbial growth desired optimum growth carbon sources,nitrogen source and initial pH can provide certain reference function to the freezer for food to prevent metamorphic.
