Automatically Based on a Small Cylinder of Steel Ball of Institutional Research
Abstract：The small cylinder is the most critical components in the automotive industry,small cylinder,due to low domestic casting technology,leading to the cylinder bore eccentricity error on the structure,the steel ball by a force too big drawback.The article describes the domestic status quo,and the domestic status quo developed a set of small cylinder of steel ball on the institutions,the finite element simulation analysis for the small cylinder positioning of the cylinder bore eccentric clamping tooling.The results show that the right agencies in the harsh environment,wet or dry processing applications,accurate and reliable positioning and long life advantages.In China at present does not solve the small block casting deformation of the lead cylinder hole eccentric,very vigorously promote the value,high value.
