Restricting Factors and Corresponding Strategies of the Floating Labour Force in the Countryside
Abstract：The labour force transfers from the countryside to the non-agricuhural industry and the town. This is the general tendency and the inevitable result of industralization, urbanization and agricultural modernization all over the world. In our country the economic structure is typically dual, and in the countryside there are lots of labours. With the rapid development of industralization and urbanization, more and more superfluous labour force will gradually walk out from the countryside. If there isn＇t any great adjustment in current laws and policies, the phenomenon of lots of farm workers＇ floating employment between the city and the countryside will last for a long time in our country, and so does a series of problems associated with their work and life.
