Manufacturing Industry Concentration Measuring in China Based on E-G Index
Abstract：This paper makes a comment on the domestic and overseas measuring methods of manufacturing in- dustry, and chooses the more scientific measuring method of EG index to evaluate the twenty manufacturing industries concentration in China. The results found that the manufacturing industry concentration is medium low in China, and represents apparent industry characteristics. Therefore, we should give industry policy support to increasing the manufacturing industry concentration in China at the present stage.
