Research on the Problem of Human Right Protection Concerning Deportee --The Perspective of the Revised Draft Articles on the Protection of Human Rights Deportees
Abstract：Over the years, the expulsion of aliens as a means of penalty or punishment is exercised by all countries. In recent yeas, due to the prevalence of terrorism, rampant of irregular migration issues, and international migration issues, many countries on the expulsion of aliens is becoming more frequent, unavoidable in the process of expulsion against the human rights of deportees. How to protect the legitimate rights and interests of deportees has become a common problem for the international community. From the International Law Commission on the revised draft articles on the protection of human rights of deportees, starting on the content of the draft were analyzed through a combination of the specific protection of international human rights treaties on the human rights of deportees, made clear the international community to be expelled trend of development in the protection of human rights, and our country will improve the protection of human rights of the deportees to the recommendations.
