Abstract：The metals mlices to pare principle and knife to have is a important special basis course of machinery design, manufacturing and automation. The course is rich in content , which has strong theoretical and practical characteristics. In order to enhance the students＇ conscious activity, we make some exploration of the course on teaching content, teaching method.
