Abstract：During the installation for the 300MW grade thermal power plant boiler, hardness values are low？？ of high-temperature boiler reheater＇s tube socket situation. This article analyzes the reasons through the multiple analysis methods on hardness testing, chemical analysis, metallographic phase.
