Aluminum Base Alloy Material Thermal Cycling DSC Curve Analysis
Abstract：In this paper the preparation material for storing heat from the starting process , and made use of the self-made experiment device to heat cycling between 480℃-640℃, and studied systematically the thermal stability and the microstrcture of Al-based alloy with the help of differential thermal analysis （DSC）,optical mi- croscopy （OM）, scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy （SEM / EDS）, conductivity meter and thermal expansion meter. The results show that： Al-Si eutectic alloy as phase change storage materials （PCMs）has a good reliability of thermal cycling in the long term.
