On Accounting Management in Institutions of Higher Learning
Abstract：The financial management department in institutions of higher learning is faced with new environments and challenges with in-depth reform of systems in colleges and universities,especially in the process of enlargement of the decision-making power of institutions of higher learning,raising and using money.The financial practioners should primarily pay special attention to the problems seriously in terms of how to keep pace with the times,resolving conflicts and promotion of harmonious development of accounting management in institutions of higher learning.
