Defects and Perfection on the Court Appointing Bankruptcy Administrator Mode
Abstract：Law of the People’s Republic of China on Enterprise Bankruptcy established the court appointing bankruptcy administrator mode affiliated Creditors＇ meetings applying alternation.This kind of mode exists system defects.So it needs to be perfected by establishing double-track selection mode,by strengthening its scientificity and by establishing power balance mechanism.
