The Choice of Words in Business Writing

Abstract：Business writing is not like literature, so the words in business writing have their unique features. In business writing, the writer should try to choose simple, concise and concrete words to make the message clear and easy to understand. Technical words should be avoid because they may be difficult to readers. The writer should also pay attention to sexist words which may stir up unfavorable reactions in some people.
