The 220 mm × 1,600 mm Stainless Steel Slab Continuous Casting Machine of Indonesia Glory Metal Successfully Passes Hot Test on First Attempt
Abstract：Recently, the 220 mm × 1,600 mm stainless steel slab continuous casting machine for Indonesia Glory Metal, designed and supplied by China Heavy Industry Institute, successfully passed the hot test on the first attempt. This is the sixth stainless steel continuous casting machine designed and supplied by China Heavy Industry Institute for the Indonesia Tsingshan Industrial Park, following previous projects such as Indonesia Guangqing, Qingfeng, Sulawesi, and Qinfeng. The equipment is currently running stably, with the surface and internal quality of the cast billets meeting standards, and all indicators have reached the user's expectations.
