Exploration and Practice of Management Path for the Normal Operation of Coal Mine Intelligence
Abstract:In response to issues such as poor application effectiveness of coal mine intelligent systems and low investment returns, combined with the requirements of the 'Management Measures for the Acceptance of Intelligent Demonstration Coal Mines (Trial)' and the Shaanxi Coal Industry's routine operation assessment methods, this paper proposes four dimensions: enhancing self-maintenance capabilities, accurately grasping construction needs, building a closed-loop evaluation system, and deeply exploring the functions of existing systems. It systematically discusses the path to achieve the transition of intelligent systems from 'having' to 'excellence' and from 'being usable' to 'being effectively used'. Through measures such as consolidating maintenance data foundations, implementing precise training, reconstructing project research models, establishing a classified and graded evaluation mechanism, and promoting the expansion and application of system functions, key bottlenecks in the normal operation of intelligent systems are addressed, improving the level of normal operation of intelligent systems and promoting the high-quality development and digital transformation of the coal industry.
