Research and Application of Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology for Internal Fire in Bulianta Coal Mine
Abstract:To address the issue of easily self-igniting coal seams and severe fire hazards in Bulianta Coal Mine, this study is based on the mine's fire prevention and extinguishing experience from 2012 to 2022. It adopts optimized mining design, combines nitrogen generation equipment with unattended remote monitoring, upgrades infrared beam pipeline and fiber optic temperature monitoring systems, breaks through multi-coal seam long-distance grouting technology, and supplements with remote control of air doors and intelligent pressure balancing control of fully mechanized mining faces, thereby constructing a comprehensive internal fire prevention and control technology system. After on-site application, under the pressure of large-height mining faces with more leftover coal and greater air leakage, 26 working faces were safely mined, with a total advancement area of 33,348,602 m², and no spontaneous combustion occurred in the goaf. This effectively improved the mine's internal fire prevention and control capabilities, ensuring safe and efficient production of the mine, and can provide references for similar mines.
