Application of Power Distribution Room Operation Robot in Xiwang Coal Preparation Plant
Abstract：To solve the problem of remote switching operations in the power supply system of intelligent coal preparation plants and improve the level of intelligence in coal preparation plants, a remote power on/off scheme based on an intelligent operation robot is proposed and applied. By effectively integrating robot technology, video analysis technology, communication technology, and computer technology, it realizes remote switching operations, environmental monitoring, intelligent patrol, and remote monitoring functions for 10 kV high-voltage distribution cabinets and 660 V low-voltage distribution cabinets in coal preparation plants. The structure and operation process of the intelligent operation robot meet the usage requirements of power on/off operations in coal preparation plants, which can improve the safety and work efficiency of operators and promote the intelligence of high and low voltage power supply systems in coal preparation plants.
