Application of Intelligent Video Analysis Supervision Platform in Coal Preparation Plant
Abstract：To address the inefficiency and information lag in traditional manual supervision in coal preparation plants, an intelligent video analysis supervision platform has been proposed and practically applied. Based on high-performance computing servers, the platform integrates video monitoring with deep learning algorithms to achieve comprehensive monitoring and intelligent analysis of key equipment, personnel behavior, and production environments in coal preparation plants. The platform can automatically identify abnormal situations and issue alarms, support statistics and analysis of alarm information, and provide data support for management decisions. The development and application of the intelligent video analysis supervision platform have reduced risks in equipment failure, safety management, and environmental pollution in coal preparation plants, promoting the intelligent development of coal preparation plants.
