Research and Application of a High-Precision Personnel Positioning System in Coal Preparation Plants Based on Geomagnetic Positioning Technology
Abstract：Coal preparation plants are an important part of coal production and processing. A high-precision personnel positioning system is an essential component of the construction of intelligent coal preparation plants. This system displays the distribution and location of personnel in various areas in real-time on the safety management platform and operation system, allowing managers to grasp the distribution and movement trajectory of personnel throughout the plant in real-time, which is conducive to scientific and rational scheduling and management. In response to the demand for high-precision personnel positioning in coal preparation plants, a personnel positioning system based on geomagnetic positioning technology has been developed. The personnel positioning system built based on geomagnetic positioning technology has a small construction workload, does not require the installation of positioning base stations, and is not affected by obstructions, making it more suitable for the complex working environment of coal preparation plants. After practical verification, the positioning accuracy is less than 1 meter, providing a new technical solution and approach for personnel positioning management in coal preparation plants.
