Application Analysis of Intelligent Technology in Electrical Automation Control of Coal Preparation Plants
Abstract:To improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plants and optimize the level of electrical automation control, this study addresses issues such as inaccurate monitoring and insufficient equipment coordination in traditional production. Based on intelligent technologies such as PLC, sensors, and a hybrid network of industrial Ethernet + 5G, an integrated application system covering the entire process has been established, including automated centralized control, real-time acquisition of equipment status, network interconnection of production systems, and comprehensive information management. By constructing a three-layer network structure, deploying multiple types of intelligent subsystems, and implementing security protection mechanisms, precise regulation of production parameters, coordinated equipment operation, and visualized management throughout the entire process have been achieved. The results show that this application system effectively enhances the degree of automation and product quality in coal preparation, reduces operational costs and safety risks, and provides a feasible solution for the intelligent upgrading of coal preparation plants. It also lays the foundation for subsequent data security assurance and optimization of maintenance systems.
