Abstract：The rapid development of the coal industry has made the importance of intelligent coal mine sump cleaning increasingly prominent. In response to problems such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, and serious environmental pollution in traditional manual cleaning methods, an intelligent overall solution for coal mine sump cleaning has been proposed. A set of complete equipment, including a cleaning and transportation robot, a coal mine sump cleaner, a solid-liquid separation device, and a mine material feeder, has been developed, aiming to improve the efficiency of coal mine sump cleaning, ensure the safety of construction personnel, and reduce environmental pollution. The author thoroughly studies and analyzes the technical characteristics, workflow, main advantages, and practical application effects of the intelligent overall solution for coal mine sump cleaning, and compares it with other cleaning methods, in order to provide references for the modernization of coal mine sump cleaning technology.
