Application of ZWF6500 Jet Microbubble Flotation Machine Intelligent Complete Equipment in Hulu Su Coal Preparation Plant
Abstract：To solve the problems of low flotation efficiency of power coal, high reagent consumption, and unstable product quality, China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Co., Ltd. has developed the ZWF6500 jet microbubble flotation machine and its intelligent complete equipment. By optimizing the flow field through turbulent flow enhancement flotation theory, and combining image recognition and machine learning for ash soft measurement and intelligent reagent addition, this equipment has been applied in the Hulu Su Coal Preparation Plant. It includes the ZBG surface modification machine, ZWF jet microbubble flotation machine, and intelligent control system. Industrial practice shows that the complete equipment achieves production indicators such as tailings ash content >75%, clean coal ash content <9%, and extraction rate of 64%. It realizes unattended operation and remote control of the flotation process, improves enterprise economic benefits, and promotes the clean and efficient utilization of high-quality power coal resources.
