Interpretation of the 'Coal Mine Safety Regulations' (2025 Edition) - Geological Part
Abstract：Background of the Revision of the Regulations
The Party and the government attach great importance to production safety.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to production safety work. General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important speeches and instructions, clearly putting forward the concepts of 'two upholds'—upholding people's well-being and life's value, and coordinating development and security as two major tasks. He also emphasized the need to fundamentally eliminate accident risks and solve problems at their root, which are a series of new ideas and judgments, providing a fundamental guideline and action guide for doing production safety work in the new era.
