Reconstruction and Application of Support Technology for MB670-1 Integrated Excavation and Anchoring Machine
Abstract:To address the issues of complicated and cumbersome traditional support processes, poor adaptability to complex geological conditions, and low support efficiency of the imported MB670-1 integrated excavation and anchoring machine, the original drilling and anchoring system process of the MB670-1 machine was reconstructed. This included modifying the integrated drilling and anchoring box, adding a grouting system, using grouted anchor rods, and adjusting support parameters, which improved support effectiveness and excavation efficiency, reduced support auxiliary costs and labor costs. The dual-support mode enhanced the equipment's adaptability. Application results show that the modified process has achieved good effects in ensuring roadway stability, improving automation, reducing labor intensity, and achieving safe and efficient production. It fills the practical gap in the integration and modification of excavation equipment at home and abroad, and provides a practical foundation for the renovation and manufacturing of automated excavation equipment for coal mine roadways.
