Research and Application of Intelligent Fully-Mechanized Mining Face Control System Based on 5G
Abstract：To solve the problems existing in environmental perception, equipment coordination, coal flow control, and coal release process in high-gas fully-mechanized mining faces, an intelligent fully-mechanized mining face control system was developed based on 5G communication and cloud-edge-end collaborative technology. A integrated management and control platform was built, an intelligent fully-mechanized mining process was designed, and an intelligent coal release system was developed. Safety measures such as gas concentration prediction and interlocking control, personnel positioning and avoidance were also established. After application in the 81202 fully-mechanized mining face of Baode Coal Mine, the number of production personnel was reduced from 13 to 5, the automation tracking rate of the working face exceeded 90%, the mining efficiency increased by 11%, the top coal recovery rate exceeded 85%, the resource recovery rate reached 94%, and the equipment failure rate decreased by 7%.
