Application of UWB Positioning Technology in the Management of Metering Inspection and Testing Processes
Abstract：To solve the problems of low efficiency, large errors, and difficulty in tracing in manual operations during mine metering inspection and testing, this study adopts UWB tags and base station deployment, multi-system integration, and real-time data analysis methods to build a metering inspection and testing process management system that includes six subsystems: positioning, data management, business management, etc. After introducing the UWB positioning technology-based metering inspection and testing process management system in a certain coal mine, the detection efficiency increased by 30%, the manual error rate decreased by 50%, the product qualification rate increased from 95% to 99.5%, and the delivery on-time rate improved by 8%. UWB positioning technology optimizes the standardization and reliability of the testing process through high-precision positioning and automated management. Its deep integration with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things promotes the development of mine metering testing towards unattended and intelligent directions.
