Abstract：In response to the issues of unstable processing effect, high operating costs, and complex operations in the heavy media coal washing process at Fucun Coal Preparation Plant, this study investigates key technologies of coal washing knowledge graph and decision support. By establishing an intelligent system, it achieves the integration and collaboration of various business systems and intelligent subsystems. The introduction of automated control systems and big data analysis comprehensively optimizes the heavy media separation process, establishes an intelligent control system, improves the stability and accuracy of heavy media separation, reduces operating costs and operational complexity, and enhances the production efficiency, economic benefits, and intelligent decision-making level of the coal preparation plant.
