Intelligent Lighting Control Technology and Application in Comprehensive Mining Face
Abstract：To solve the problems of single function, high energy consumption, lack of supporting guidance, and dynamic control in traditional lighting equipment in coal mine comprehensive mining faces, an automatic collaborative control method between intelligent lighting and hydraulic support mining process is proposed. An intelligent lighting control process is designed to achieve lighting area guidance and adjustment for different action zones during ground planning cutting. After application of the intelligent lighting technology in the 1702 working face of Xiaotun Coal Mine, it meets the lighting needs of different scenarios and achieves dynamic energy saving, solving the problem of difficulty for ground personnel in distinguishing action zones, thus promoting the safe production and dynamic energy saving of intelligent mining faces.
