Application Practice of Digital Twin System in Buliangou Coal Preparation Plant
Abstract：Taking the intelligent construction of Buliangou Coal Preparation Plant as the background, in order to display, query, and apply the intelligent application scenarios of coal preparation plant production, management, and training in multiple dimensions and ways, the research and construction of a digital twin system were carried out. First, a 3D scene was built using 3D technology, achieving customized data access and deployment, supporting customized model driving and business integration. By combining process data with time as a variable and 3D models with space as a variable, the intelligent system and physical environment were fully integrated, realizing multi-business collaborative linkage and comprehensive scheduling early warning. It achieved digital twin, twin control, and parallel space, which helps to improve the efficiency of coal washing plant production and management.
