Research and Application of Coal Mine 'Cloud-Edge-End' Integrated Intelligent Safety Monitoring System
Abstract:To address core pain points such as insufficient accuracy in multi-hazard characteristic parameter perception, low data transmission efficiency, low fusion rate of multi-source information, and inadequate early warning capabilities in coal mines, an integrated intelligent safety monitoring system based on the 'cloud-edge-end' collaborative architecture is constructed. The system consists of three layers: the intelligent perception layer at the terminal device, the intelligent computing layer at the edge, and the intelligent management and control layer at the cloud platform. Key technologies such as multi-modal accurate perception, edge information aggregation and control, and private cloud integrated intelligent management are analyzed. The research results and on-site application effects are summarized. The 'cloud-edge-end' integrated intelligent safety monitoring system for coal mines has improved the intelligence level of multiple hazard gas sensors and the communication speed of the underground intelligent sensing network, forming a new model of centralized monitoring, early warning, and digital intelligent management for multi-hazard integration across the entire mine.
