Research and Application of a Multi-level Integrated Intelligent Coal Release Coordination Control System
Abstract:To address the industry challenges of high reliance on manual operations and low coordination efficiency in fully mechanized top coal caving, this paper proposes a multi-level integrated intelligent coal release coordination control system based on perception-execution, planning-decision, and ground control. It has overcome key technologies such as hydraulic support posture adaptive control, 'three-machine' coordinated control, and planning-based coal release control. A smart decision-making platform integrating digital twin and intelligent video perception has been established. This has formed a new model of intelligent coal release featuring ground dispatching control, automatic coal release execution, and one person's inspection within the working face. The system has been operating stably for more than six months at the 81202 working face of Baode Coal Mine, achieving an autonomous planning coal release rate of 85% and reducing coal release labor intensity by 80%, providing strong support for the intelligent development of the coal industry.
