Application Safety Research of Hydrogen Fuel Cell in Coal Mine Transport Vehicles
Abstract：To ensure the safety of hydrogen fuel cell transport vehicles in underground coal mines in methane and coal dust explosive environments, this paper analyzes the potential risks of hydrogen fuel cells in enclosed environments, compares the applicability of traditional explosion-proof schemes such as flameproof type and intrinsically safe type, and, considering the differences between I class and IIC class explosive environments in coal mines, proposes a comprehensive solution based on special-type explosion-proof. This solution includes multi-dimensional technical measures such as housing reinforcement, sealing protection, heat dissipation optimization, redundant system design, and real-time monitoring. It also emphasizes the importance of functional safety design, optimization of hydrogen storage materials, and emergency response strategies.
