Research and Application of a Remote Interaction System for Coal Mine Automatic Drilling Machines Based on Digital Twin
Abstract:To address the issues faced by coal mining enterprises in gas extraction operations, such as 'one person multiple machines' and poor overall visibility of drilling machine operation status, this study constructs a digital twin scenario for drilling machine attributes and drilling actions based on multi-sensor fusion. It proposes a digital twin remote interaction solution, achieving three-dimensional model twin simulation functions for drilling machines. The physical real-time data and twin virtual data are connected through a sensor system, building a multi-level architecture for a remote interaction platform for drilling machines, integrating functions such as remote control, fault diagnosis, and early warning analysis. Taking the ZYWL-3200Y all-directional coal mine dual-track automatic drilling machine as a carrier, the functionality and real-time performance of the twin platform were verified. The results show that the twin simulation actions are smooth and can provide timely fault early warning prompts, thereby improving the level of intelligent production in drilling operations.
