Research and Application of Coal Seam Adaptive Cutting Path Planning System Based on Digital Twin
Abstract:To address the issue of low accuracy in coal cutter cutting path planning caused by complex changes in coal seams, a coal seam adaptive cutting path planning system based on digital twin was developed. Multiple exploration technologies were used to obtain geological data of the coal seam, and a three-dimensional transparent geological model was constructed. The real-time posture of the mining and transportation equipment was monitored using digital twin and inertial navigation systems. By combining the transparent working face with the scraper conveyor trajectory, the coal cutter drum's height was adaptively adjusted, and the walking trajectory was dynamically straightened. An optimization model for the cutting path was established. This system was verified in the 20202 working face of Dahaize Coal Mine, meeting the cutting accuracy requirements and achieving intelligent, less-staffed, and safe routine production. It provides an effective solution to the problems of incomplete coal seam information and low cutting path planning accuracy.
