Research and Application of the Fiber Optic Ring Network Smart Management Platform for Kailuan Group
Abstract：To address issues such as the large scale of Kailuan Group's fiber optic network, low efficiency of traditional manual management, and long fault troubleshooting cycles, a fiber optic ring network smart management platform was designed and developed. It constructs four subsystems: resource management, physical resource management, automatic fiber monitoring, and query statistics reporting. The platform integrates functions such as graphical management, unified resource scheduling, and role-based access control, achieving full lifecycle management of the fiber optic network. Through optical power monitoring, OTDR multi-channel testing, and integration with GIS systems, the platform real-time monitors the performance of main fiber lines, achieves fault alarms and geographic positioning, significantly shortening repair time and ensuring network stability.
