Problems and Countermeasures in Slope Monitoring and Early Warning for Open-Pit Mines
Abstract：In response to the needs of efficient, intelligent, green, and safe production in soft-rock open-pit mines, the iSlope system platform for slope monitoring and early warning in open-pit coal mines has been developed. This system framework integrates multiple systems including geological information, experimental data, 3D geological models, monitoring and early warning, reinforcement technology, and intelligent decision support. It realizes real-time updating of mine status, multi-dimensional assessment of slope stability, data exchange with intelligent production systems of open-pit mines, and collaborative management with production management systems. The research results show that the iSlope system can be applied to soft-rock open-pit mines, effectively improving slope safety and production efficiency, and comprehensively mastering the safe operating conditions of soft-rock open-pit mines.
