Research and Application of Online Monitoring and Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System for Coal Mining Equipment
Abstract：In the process of medium-level intelligent and routine operation of coal mines, existing online monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis systems for coal mining equipment have problems such as emphasizing monitoring over analysis, lacking specialized diagnostic models with characteristics of the coal industry, and being difficult to play a role in daily maintenance. To address these issues, a 'one machine, one strategy' fault diagnosis approach for coal mining equipment was proposed, and a specialized fault diagnosis model for coal mining equipment was established. In demonstration applications at Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Shaocai Caojiafan Mining Co., Ltd., the system successfully detected motor faults in belt conveyors and achieved full-process monitoring of degradation, providing scientific guidance for on-site maintenance work.
