Transparent Technology of Mining Induced Stress Field Based on Data-Driven Computational Mechanics
Abstract:The variation of the mining-induced stress field in coal mines is crucial for mine safety. Existing monitoring technologies have many shortcomings. Based on this, a method for reconstructing the mining-induced stress field based on data-driven mechanics is proposed, with the goal of making the mining-induced stress field transparent. This method replaces traditional models with material constitutive data, reducing reliance on high-quality data. By using intelligent data completion and fusion algorithms to handle missing data and noise issues, and combining them with deep neural network error correction, an intelligent feedback mechanism is established. Verified through three-dimensional cantilever beam numerical simulation and actual coal mine engineering cases, this method can effectively eliminate data errors and biases, improve data utilization and computational efficiency, and promote the establishment of an intelligent feedback mechanism.
