Communication Requirements and Improvements for Smart Grid Dispatching Systems
Abstract：This article takes a provincial power company as an example to introduce the current situation of smart grid construction and dispatching operations, and analyzes the communication requirements of the smart grid for the dispatching system. Combined with the existing problems in the communication module, it proposes corresponding improvement methods under the support of 5G, Internet of Things, and cloud computing technologies. The results show that after the improvement of the communication module, the end-to-end communication delay is significantly reduced in different dispatching scenarios, data transmission reliability and dispatching control accuracy are significantly improved, and communication performance is further enhanced, which can effectively achieve the goal of efficient and accurate power dispatching.
