Research on the Collaborative Management Mechanism of Major Hazardous Projects Based on BIM
Abstract：With the development of the construction industry, the number of major hazardous projects has been increasing, and their complexity and risks in management have become more prominent. This article analyzes engineering cases completed in recent years in Liaoning Province, elaborates on the application of BIM technology in the management of major hazardous projects, compares differences in efficiency, cost, and other aspects with traditional management models, analyzes existing problems, and clarifies the application mode of BIM technology in the management of major hazardous projects, aiming to improve the management efficiency of major hazardous projects, reduce safety risks, and ensure the safety and quality of the project.
