Research on the Planning of Smart Transportation in Development Zones under the Context of Industrial-urban Integration
Abstract：Under the context of industrial-urban integration, developing smart transportation to further promote the optimization and upgrading of urban traffic management and service has become an important demand for development zones to improve their urban supporting functions. This paper sorts out the main challenges and opportunities faced by development zones in developing smart transportation, and takes the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area as an example, conducting planning research from aspects such as development goals, system architecture planning, organizational structure research, implementation strategies, and paths. The research results form a smart transportation development plan, including a '1+2+6+N' system architecture, a three-tier organizational mechanism, and an '1+1+1 project' implementation path. The research findings can provide references for promoting the decision-making of industrial-urban integration and smart transportation development in development zones, and offer insights for similar planning studies.
