Research on the Integration Technology of UAV Real-Scene 3D Models and BIM Models
Abstract：The article aims to explore the integration technology of UAV real-scene 3D models and Building Information Modeling (BIM). In response to the needs of data collection and visualization in engineering management within the construction industry, a fusion process and optimization scheme are proposed. By using drones equipped with high-precision cameras to collect data on buildings and their surrounding environments, real-scene 3D models are generated. Through data preprocessing, point cloud feature extraction, and model matching technologies, precise alignment and integration with BIM models are achieved. The results show that the integrated model can play an important role in construction, project management, and progress monitoring, effectively improving the level of visualization and informatization in engineering management.
