Abstract：On the afternoon of November 7, 2025, the China Illuminating Engineering Society Youth Talent Promotion Program Doctoral Forum was held in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The forum was hosted by Professor Yang Chunchu, Deputy Chairman of the China Illuminating Engineering Society and from Chongqing University.
