Abstract：On December 6, 2025, the Second Chinese Lighting Society Outstanding Young Lighting Scientist Forum was held at the Future Center of the Advanced Technology Research Institute, University of Science and Technology of China, in Hefei, Anhui Province. Liu Zhenglei, President of the Chinese Lighting Society, Jia Baoming, President of the Anhui Social Organizations General Association, and Gao Lulu, Secretary-General of the Anhui Lighting Society, attended the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered speeches.
