Abstract：On the afternoon of July 4, 2025, the China Illumination Engineering Society (CIES) held a discussion and exchange with the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) in Vienna, the capital of Austria. Jennifer Veitch, President of CIE, warmly welcomed the delegation from CIES led by Liu Zhenglei, Chairman of CIES.
