Research progress of the role of IL-36 in rheumatoid arthritis and interstitial lung disease

Abstract：Interleukin-36(IL-36),as a member of the interleukin-1 superfamily,has pro-inflammatory,pro-fibrotic and immunomodulatory effects.In recent years,studies have found a certain correlation between IL-36 and the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and interstitial lung disease(ILD).In this paper,the research progress of the role of IL-36 in RA and ILD is reviewed.
