The effect observation of Atorvastatin combined with Benazepril and Amlodipine on non dipper type hypertension patients

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Atorvastatin combined with Benazepril and Amlodipine besylate on non dipper type hypertension patients with circadian blood pressure changes. Methods 120 cases of non dipper type hypertension patients were randomly divided into simple step-down group and lipid-lowering com-bination antihypertensive group,treatment for 3 months after the treatment before and after antihypertensive effica-cy and circadian blood pressure changes were compared and evaluated. Results Treatment for 3 months,simple pressure group the daytime systolic blood pressure reduction of (17.1±3.5)mm Hg,(7.9±2.5)mm Hg decreased diastolic blood pressure values,systolic blood pressure reduction of(15.5±4.2)mm Hg at night,decreased diastolic blood pressure value of(7.2±3.2)mm Hg. Combined lipid buck set the daytime systolic blood pressure reduction of (19.6±4.1)mm Hg,(10.5±3.1)mm Hg decreased diastolic blood pressure values,systolic blood pressure reduction of(19.2±4.0)mm Hg at night,decreased diastolic blood pressure value of(10.5±2.8)mm Hg. Lipid combination antihypertensive group and simple hypertension group of blood pressure levels were compared with the previous de-cline,lipid combination antihypertensive group to reduce nocturnal blood pressure than simply reducing the pres-sure group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin in combination with statins Benazepril and Amlodipine can effectively reduce the high blood pressure,while effectively reducing blood pressure,can reduce the day and night blood pressure fluctuation,improve the phenomenon of the disappearance of circadian rhythm.
