Research Progress on the Effect of Esketamine on Postoperative Anxiety and Depression in Gynecological Laparoscopic Patients
Abstract:Gynecological laparoscopic surgery is widely used in clinical practice due to its minimally invasive advantages. Esketamine, as the dextrorotatory isomer of ketamine and an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist, has been found to have potential neuroprotective and antidepressant effects in addition to its analgesic properties. This article focuses on summarizing recent clinical research results published by scholars at home and abroad, and deeply analyzes the effects of different doses of esketamine on postoperative anxiety and depression in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery, providing evidence-based support for the anesthetic management of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and further promoting the standardized application of esketamine in the field of gynecological minimally invasive surgery.
