Discussion on the Reform of Basic Construction Investment and Financing System in Public Hospitals
Abstract：Objective: By drawing on the practical experience of basic construction investment and financing system reform in public hospitals in some regions of China, this study proposes relevant reform suggestions. Methods: Using the literature analysis method, combined with relevant reform policy documents, it analyzes the current situation and problems of investment and financing for basic construction in public hospitals in China, and provides feasible suggestions through case studies. Results: The relevant reform practices have not yet solved the problem of coordinated management and operation across the entire ecological chain of financing, construction, development, maintenance, and logistics support in the health industry. Conclusion: Establishing a specialized institution to implement standardized management throughout the entire chain and process of investment and financing, project development, operation and maintenance, and logistics services for public hospitals at the municipal level.
