Three Cases of Misdiagnosis of Spondyloarthritis and Analysis
Abstract：Spondyloarthritis (SpA) and Takayasu arteritis (TAK) are both chronic inflammatory diseases that commonly occur in young people. They share similar clinical manifestations and inflammatory indicators, which can lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This article analyzes three cases initially diagnosed as SpA but ultimately corrected as TAK or TAK combined with SpA, and discusses the causes of misdiagnosis and treatment strategies.
